Very helpful article. Do you know if Google takes into account cultural bias in its appreciation? French audience tend to be reluctant to give 5 stars in their reviews. We found the same issue in Net Promoter Score surveys. A 8 out of 10 in France is equivalent to a 9 in Germany. Also are notations given outside of your country also accounted for?
